Terms & Conditions

1. We are now a cashless school and will only accept payment online.

2. Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.

 3. Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled by DWA.

 4. Should any pupil wish to discontinue any class or leave the school, refunds for any unused classes will be given.

 5. We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances.

 6. DWA reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.

 7. DWA or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.

 8. Mobile phones must be on silent during lessons.

 9. Pupils are required to attend class wearing the correct uniform.

10. You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing emmadwa6@gmail.com

 11. You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address.
